Julie Eddy
My name is Julie Eddy and I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning, within budget, on schedule, and better than ever dreamed of. With this philosophy in mind I founded Eternal Elegance Events, and have since gained many valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors. I have directed and/or coordinated weddings for over a decade in many different formats to include traditional church weddings to outdoor destination wedding on the beach. In addition to weddings I have planned and coordinated many birthday parties or other events.
My attention to details have me on the receiving end of many family jokes. My mother will tell you every family event or party since I was a little girl always gets planned out to the most minute detail. Her favorite story is the Thanksgiving schedule, right down to labeling and scheduling all of the ovens to ensure everyone bringing dishes knew exactly what oven to use and when to use it. As the oldest of three girls, my sisters and I would play wedding all the time as little girls. We would take turns playing the bride, but I always found my passion around planning out and orchestrating the actual "ceremony". This passion grew into helping our neighbor as a teenager prepare for and assisting her with her garden parties to directing wedding ceremonies of friends, to ultimately doing complete planning and coordination of weddings and other types of events or parties.
I am married to my very patient, yet encouraging, husband Brian who takes the lead with our two wonderful little boys while I spend evenings and weekends with our clients ensuring their wedding or event is more than they ever could have expected. Both of us are Clemson graduates and I have my graduate degrees from Florida State University and John Brown University. I also have my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Interestingly enough by having my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt it has given me a unique skill set to maximize our clients value by streamlining and continuously finding ways to improve upon all aspects of the wedding and event planning process...including their budget with cost saving ideas!
Our desire is that your wedding or next event will be filled with unforgettable moments keeping you coming back to us for all of your planning and coordinating needs.

I am so excited to be on the team at Eternal Elegance Events. I’m excited to bring my more than a decade of knowledge and expertise to the company and to continue creating incredible events for you and your guests!
I have enjoyed being a part of love stories for as long as I can remember. I’m a dreamer and I love being able to put my creative mind to work. During my teen years, I loved watching and assisting my Aunt as she directed all of the weddings at our church. Once I was in college, I became known as the “event planner” amongst my peers and in 2008, a beautiful friend hired me for my first solo wedding coordination job… 1 month before her big day in Virginia. After taking the lead and being able to be an integral part of their special day, I instantly was in love with coordinating and knew I wanted to do more of this. Soon after that amazing event in Virginia, I was blessed to coordinate and plan primarily weddings in Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and South Carolina.
My husband Shaun is an incredibly supportive husband, and we are in the process of adopting the most precious baby boy. We also have two furbabies, Lucy and Baxter who don’t really know they aren’t human…shhh! 😉
